By using Fox Prime - Live Line or installing the mobile app, you understand that you are accepting the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. User Agreement

You are affirming that you are 18 years old or older and that you are legally authorized to use the Fox Prime Live Line app by accessing the application. By utilizing the application, you signify your acceptance of all rules and regulations related to the Terms of Use of the application. You also agree that you will not use the Fox Prime Live Line app for any form of illegal, harmful or unauthorized activity.

Licence and Intellectual Property

All content of Fox Prime Live Line—text, images, graphics, logos, designs, software, etc.—are the exclusive properties of Fox Prime Live Line and/or its suppliers of content. All such items will be considered as being protected from unauthorized use by copyright laws as well as via intellectual property rights.

Please do not:

Replicate, re-use or distribute any of the contents from the App, unless you have received prior written permission

Change or alter any part of the App

Reverse-engineer or extract any source code (i.e., retrieve the underlying code from the App)

Use the App to create commercial products for either personal or for profit, without proper authorization.

Other than the above exceptions; you may make limited use of the App solely for your private/non-commercial use and you must comply with all relevant laws.

User Conduct

By utilizing Fox Prime Live Line, you accept the condition of agreeing to not

Utilizing any form of illegal or unlawful activities

Uploading code that may contain viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful programs

Disrupting or manipulating the performance or security of the application

Participating in fraud, deception, and/or harassment

Disrespecting other users

Falsifying the user's identity or relationship to other users on the platform.

Violation of any of the above conditions can result in permanent or temporary removal from the Fox Prime Live Line App.

Live Data & Accuracy

Fox Prime Live Score offers live cricket scores, match commentaries and other cricket-related updates.

Accuracy and real-time performance is what we aim for; however, there is no warranty that every historical and current piece of information will be completely accurate, instantaneous or error-free.

We are not liable for any delays, interruptions or inaccuracies with respect to live data. 

Warranties Not Included

Fox Prime Live Line is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted performance

Error-free operation

Absolute security

Continuous availability

All implied warranties — such as fitness for purpose or non-infringement — are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Neither Fox Prime Live Line, its owners, its affiliates, nor its partners are liable for the following:

Indirect & Consequential Damages;

Loss of Data; and

Your inability to access or utilize Fox Prime Live Line.

Your use of Fox Prime Live Line is at your sole risk.

Termination

Fox Prime Live Line shall have the right to cancel or suspend your access and the right to cancel or suspend your access to Fox Prime Live Line without prior notice in the event that you are in violation of these Terms, or if you are in violation of or misuse the App in any way. Fox Prime Live Line has the right to limit access as determined by Fox Prime Live Line.

Third-Party Services

Fox Prime Live Line may contain advertising, and various external resources, and the third-party APIs. While we do not control these third-party services, we do not own or have any responsibility for the following relating to these third-party services:

Data collection practices;

Content; and

Correctness.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by the applicable terms and the privacy policies of those third-party services.

Age Restriction

Fox Prime Live Line is only for those who are over 18 years old.

If you are under 18, you may only use the app if a parent/guardian is supervising and consenting to your use of it.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are subject to the applicable laws of India.

All disputes that arise as a result of using Fox Prime Live Line will be subject to the courts of India.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any questions or issues as a result of using Fox Prime Live Line, please reach out to us and we will try to resolve your question or issue informally.

If we cannot resolve your problem, the dispute resolution process will proceed in accordance with the relevant laws of India.
